In Amy's Experience...

Despite having areas of special interest, she approaches all areas of health with the same sense of diligence and intent in order to elicit positive health outcomes. Amy’s primary goal for all of her consultations is to provide guidance on effective methods to manage and maximise one’s personal health, to treat the cause of illness, to treat the associated symptoms, and to detect early indicators of ill health.

Amy's Approach

Amy places special emphasis on identifying the cause of symptoms through in-depth discussions with patients about their health and lifestyle, relevant pathology, and conducting functional testing if required. Her approach demands continuous research into the latest traditional evidence-based medicine and other scientific research to ensure a holistic and patient-centred approach and positive health outcomes.

How Amy approaches her patients

Every patient of Amy’s will receive a personalised treatment plan that best suits them in accordance with her multi-modality evidence-based approach. Typically, a plan includes treatment goals, an individualised prescription including product details and dosage instructions, as well dietary and lifestyle advice to further alleviate symptoms and aid in the healing process. Amy places great emphasis on health products including appropriate forms, doses and interactions with existing supplements and medications. Amy is passionate about this area as most patients aren’t aware of what they need to be taking and when to best manage their health complaints.
